Senior Project Manager
Run the operation. You’ll own every active project, every deadline and every person’s schedule, and you’ll have the authority to set priorities and hold the team, and clients, to the plan.
- 5+ years of project management, 3+ in digital product, web or R&D
- You’ve run 10+ projects at once with a shared team
- You take charge in the room, and deadlines get met
Growth Marketer
Look at a business and see where the growth is. You’ll set the 90 day plan and the 3 year vision for clients, and help launch and scale the brands Element5 is building for itself.
- 4 to 7 years in growth, performance or digital marketing
- A business thinker first and a marketer second
- Entrepreneurial: you’ve launched or grown something
