The best part about turning 30 was realizing just who I was and what I was capable of. That was, and continues to be, incredibly cathartic.

While Gabriel Sim’s title at Element5 says Project Manager, he says, “keeping things from falling through the cracks” is probably a more fitting job description. Day to day, Gabriel is in constant contact with clients as well as with the programming team he oversees. He ensures that projects run smoothly by making sure that his team knows what they should be doing and keeping the clients appraised of the progress made.

Gabriel’s favorite part of working with Element5 is that the entire team is overwhelmingly positive and sincere. He loves that everyone’s genuinely nice and that there isn’t any office politics. When Gabriel is not ensuring that projects stay on track, he enjoys doing one of his many hobbies which include: obsessive introspection, reading, spending time with his two beautiful daughters, creative writing, game design, and watching pulp TV shows and movies.
